Jeffrey and his employee, Jake worked diligently until they found the problem that was causing my system to backup. They were professional at all times. It was apparent that Jeffrey’s business ethics includes honesty and he and his employees care about their customers. He was fair with his billing. I have already shared my experience with my friends, family and clients. It was a delight to work with the both of them.

We had Zenner & Ritter here to supply and install a new hot water tank. They did a great job and carted the old water tank away. I was impressed that they put down a cloith drop cloth to keep floor clean. I also liked that they wore shoe covers anytime they had to step on carpet. We also had them install a new handset ln our upstairs bathroom. They also did a great job on that and left the room clean (no spare parts or wrappers left behind). All in all I was very pleased with them and I would hire them again.

Good to know there are still honest people an companies out there that you can trust from your initial consultation through the completion of the whole services rendered! I felt very comfortable with Criag Comstock and his assistant in our conversations. I sure appreciate them coming out and giving me your honest opinion and that's what sold me. Thanks for your great job and services. I will definitely be recommending you to others!

03/29/2023 Update from my last review today around 4:30 ish my sub pump back flow / check Valve sprung a leak. I called Frank’s tho it was a late call. I say with in an hour Josh Farnsworth was at my house and fixed the issue. Excellent job Josh and customer service. Thanks again!
