I got these guys through American Home Shield. While AHS is a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less about anything other than getting the warranty premium, Tony made it happen and got my heater running with the outside temp at -15 and indoor at 38. AHS might have gotten something done a week or two after the pipes burst (which they wouldn't have covered). Because of Tony, I will use them after the home warranty expires and I have a choice.

Kevin was awesome and professional! He installed a new water heater yesterday, however today i was having water pressure issues and as soon as I got off the phone with On Time Plumbing, Kevin was already calling me to say he was on his way!
