Had an after hours minor emergency. Broken kitchen sink faucet caused a minor leak but fittings were so corroded I was unable to get them loose myself and had to turn off the water to the entire house. Called BF and Andrea the phone lady/dispatcher was extremely pleasant & helpful. She had a tech on the way in about 30 minutes and the nice young man (Garrett Davis) was very easy to work with. He had the problem taken care of - new shutoff valves in place and installed the new faucet assembly in about an hour. Price was expensive but very reasonable considering the call was made at 8:00 p.m. I really don't mind paying a premium for great service and great service is what I got from B.F. Plumbing and Garrett Davis. Note to Garrett's boss, he's a keeper IMO.

Please work on communicating professionally. If you was offended by me offering my Lowes Card for supplies, that was not my intention, it was just a question. A more professional answer to that question could have been I don't do business that way and NOT I'm not running a charity I'm a business. However, I do appreciate you coming and turning the water off in the middle of the night but I wish it was communicated that you would not be available to come back and replace the shower valve so the water can be turned back on. NO ONE would be OK with there sick Mother being in the house ALL day without running water. If I knew that you was not going to be able to come back during regular business hours I would've had it fixed right then and/or arranged for someone else to fix it that morning.
