I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Power Plumbing did an awesome job! Replace garbage disposal and fix the leak. Very happy, next day service and cleaned up after.

I had an issue with my toilet downstairs & was kinda uncertain as to what to do to fix it. Spoke with my landlord and called Roto-Rooter it was so great because I made an appointment and they sent someone out within the hour to my house.A gentleman came right up to the door his name is Joe and said how can I help you ? I explained my situation to him &he was like of course I can help you! He was pretty terrific spoke with my landlord and explained everything he needed to do in order to fix the problem...before I knew it the my toilet was flushing again. I was so grateful for Joe he is a hard worker! Thanks Roto-rooter for sending Joe out!
