My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. I had a leak in toilet that needed an emergency replacement of new toilet bowl. I randomly called Simon and he answered my call and gave the suggestion what to buy and made it easy for me one the 1st step. When he came, he got into work and didn't waste a single minute for me and replaced it in 1 hours time. Through out the process he explained me what he was doing and why he was doing. Very genuine and honest. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work and will be calling him again for more work soon...... There were others asking double the money without even asking what needs to be done. Great work Simon.

They reviewed my radiator heating system and told me what made sense and what would have just caused issues. They didn't try to convince me to buy anything I didn't need. They did replace my external water faucets which were in bad shape. They showed me how to correctly winterize them as well. It went well, professional behavior and all work is perfect.
