Excellent service! No waiting for customer service to pickup the phone. I had an emergency situation. The appointment was scheduled immediately and they arrived on time. All repairs were completed the same day and no waiting for supplies to be ordered.
Had a small discrepancy with one billing amount and it was resolved the same day.
I would use this company again and recommend them to family and friends.

A simple annual maintenance call on a fully functional system, half of which was installed by them the year before: $172 for parts (includes 60 for refrigerant) plus 2.5 hours (!) at $120/hour for a total of $472. Overpriced?

Pat was a joy to work with. We ran across several unforeseen issues with both plumbing and gas. Pat explained every issue and was able to rectify any and all problems we encountered.
