Horrible service ever I had. All the thing he (his name Sam) needs is your money. I have trouble with combi heater Rianai hight efficiency unit. Then I caledl his plumber service. He came and When he saw my equipment which is new technology and he did not know how to fix it, he called Rinai customer Service but nothing job was done and all he want was money then ran out.

I am so mad about his job. Not done at all but he charged me $100 and ran out.

Please trust me if you dont want waste your time and your money.

Be careful when you get this service in your place. Avoid it. Pass it.
Horrible ever

Despite all the great reviews, the plumber was incompetent. They offered to send someone else, but the experience was so bad we decided to use another company instead.

Kevin stopped by to help us with a few gas lines, and he made sure everything was set for our dryer, our grill, and even an outdoor heater powered by a natural gas line. He was really helpful and improved more in our house than we even expected. I’ll give him a call next time I need plumbing help.

Great service. Called at 7:30 in the morning and the tech was onsite within two hours. Jason was professional, friendly and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again should the need arise .
