I called Jim to get a water heater replaced in a rental property. He was very professional in every way- he always returned calls, he was punctual, he gave me clear info re costs involved. After his work was done, I had an electrical problem- Jim returned to the property and uncovered the source of the problem- which led to a quick resolution- which I was very happy about. I would like to say that my technician (Ben Strolsky) was extremely competent & knowledgeable. When Ben called me back and I explained what the problem was, he was very helpful in walking me through the steps I should take on how to turn the hot water off before it caused any water damage (which was not easy since I still have a landline phone). He then told me just what I needed and what time he would be there with the new hot water boiler and what the cost would be. And on every occasion, Ben was right on the money. For any other plumbing issues I may have in the future, I will definitely call Boston Standed up and first request Ben Strolsky for all my plumbing needs. I Give Ben An A++.
