Jim’s is the best! We lost our water heater on thanksgiving day. I called Jim’s Friday morning and by noon we had a new water heater. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. I will use him for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

Our two Navien combo boilers were having problems. The heat and hot water stopped working. We called Simon asking him to help and he came right after finished the work in somewhere else. It was later afternoon when Simon arrived. He thoroughly checked the boilers and quickly fixed them. We are very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.
