I had the luxury of shopping around at a variety of options for my water heater replacement / upgrade since it was just end of life and not broken. Compared to another 4-5 quotes, Mound came in way lower, did the job quickly and professionally, and the water heater works flawlessly a couple of weeks in. Also did a quick fix on my main heating system.

I have a Navien Combi boiler NCB-180 which stopped working and only made hot water but no heat. I diagnosed the unit and came to a conclusion that the 3 way valve was damaged. Made a call to Simon on a Saturday and explained the problem and was able to get an appt for Tues. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable and taught me alot about the system. Through his diagnosis he was able to confirm my diagnosis and explained that not only was the 3 way valve damaged but I also needed a new heat exchanger. While talking to Navien he was able to get me a free 3 way valve and motherboard not under warranty and also a heat exchanger that was under warranty. Once Navien sent the parts Simon made an appt immediately for install and completed the job ahead of schedule while teaching me some valuable lessons along the way.
