Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

READ THIS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY - I am not sure where to begin. Let's start with timeliness. We have three kids, and an active household. This Plumbing company will give you an appointment time, and WILL MISS THE APPOINTMENT. When we called to get an update on the time we were told it was lunch now, and the technicians would have to come after they are done eating....HUH?

Next - We needed the Navien water heater serviced, and the techs told us that it was installed incorrectly and they would need to fix the piping. The pipe has three curves in order to circumvent a supporting beam. The told us they could come back in a week and gave us the appointment time.

Today, is that appointment, and we are wondering where they are. We call and Mike (owner?), rudely tells us alot of people are without heat (I'm thinking my phone says it's 65 degrees right now ...not freezing, AND how many people plural could possibly be without heat at 9am, AND we HAVE AN APPOINTMENT....AND and and). My husband states the obvious which is, but you told us you would be here and we rearranged our work day to accommodate. To which Mike responds, if you were one of our regular customers I could help you but I am telling everyone else 2 weeks!

The only thing I can do is help them lighten their business load so that they can better serve their core customers. THAT WAY they won't waste my time nor anyone else's. So, here is my 1 star review.

After having a breakdown of a 11 year old water natural gas hot water heater we wanted to understand our options. After a visit from a local firm who after a cursory review provided some fairly generic options, we called Vincent from Aquaflow at the recommendation of a good friend who had Aquaflow update his heating system. Vincent was responsive, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and took us through some options after a careful review of our systems.

We ended up deciding to install an indirect system powered by our heating system boiler - simpler, low maintenance, and very efficient. The pricing was reasonable, and the installation extremely professional and included fixing some longstanding issues in our heating system. We will plan to work with Vincent and the Aquaflow team for ongoing maintenance and would highly recommend him for any heating or hot water work..

Had an appointment and they did not show up, call, or respond to my text asking if they were still coming. Now I have to find someone else to fix the leak under my sink. Very disappointing.

We found Rich when we were looking to replace our ancient oil heating with a natural gas system.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.

I bought a mobile home and found out afterwards that all of the pipes had frozen and split. Every pipe in the house needed to be replaced. The pipes could not be accessed from underneath because there was only 8 of space below the unit. I called Brandano and they came out and came up with a plan to make a trench in the floor rather than try to fish from underneath. I was a panicked mess but Brandano's crew came in and cut the trenches, drilled the holes, fished the new pipes and replaced the flooring over the trench. For what they did I think the price was reasonable because to me it was a huge job. They completed the entire project in two days including finished faucets and a brand new hot water heater. Overall I am not only impressed I am very pleased at the rate they put this home back together. I can relax now.

Very responsive, and came to our place on short notice to extend a gas line to our natural gas grill. Did an excellent job in a timely manner; both very professional, informative, and friendly throughout the process!
