Elvis was on time and efficient. He was fair with his pricing and explained everything to me. He gave me some pointers on plumbing upkeep, as well. Great experience from McMahon Plumbing and Heating.

Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

Mike and his guy’s are great. The whole team was professional from start to finish. Mike was very transparent and only added suggestions if he thought one of my ideas was counterproductive. Anyone I send Mike to is always pleased with his quality and attention to detail.

My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants. All in all a lovely couple and ultimate professionals that take pride in their work. I will recommend Rich Mathews and Sons to all of my family and friends. Deceptive and dishonest business as they inflate their bills at the end. Stay away!

I highly recommend I&C Mechanical. I needed to replace my electric tank water heater which started leaking on Juneteenth. They were able to come the next day and replace it that same day. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. All in all, outstanding professionals and first-rate customer service.
