Bill D tech #3462 came to my house with his assistant. They were both professional and polite. Cleared both my drain issues in about an hour. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained what they found and what they did very clearly. Would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Of course found a $40 off coupon right after they left, wish I had been aware of it before and it is not a cheap service.

I want to truly thank Shawn M. and the team at Brandano Plumbing who came to my home and replaced my worn-out water heater. The previous install was an absolute mess and showed the professionalism that Shawn had and the work he put in to do the job right.
