I have just purchased my first condo. It was built 18 years ago and I knew that the prior owners never took care of it. So, I initially called Sila services to get this HVAC system looked at.They sent over a HVAC technician named Brian. Not only was he very friendly, but he was able to look at my system and identify issues with it, like a cracked heat exchanger.So, an HVAC replacement was in sight. Brian was able to provide me a quote on the spot with one of the best HAVC brands out there; Carrier.After shopping around for other quotes, I found that Sila were the best offer. They wanted my business, and were willing to negotiate on not using a crane for the condenser (which reduced cost).On installation day, two HVAC installers came over. Everyone was on time and I was seriously impressed by how professional and knowledgable the two guys were. They did the job right, and they also added a few bells and whistles to the installation that I didn't expect them to do, like building a NICE platform for the rooftop condenser, labeling the exhaust/intake pipes, wrapping up the systems' outtake duct, and more. You can tell that these folks can install a HVAC system in their sleep.I can't recommend them enough! I'm definitely going to reach out to them again when it's time for this system to get replaced.
