Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

My furnace conked out a few days ago. The return call from this company was very quick and they sent a service person as soon as they could. Zane was on time, very professional and walked me through the entire inspection of the furnace and diagnosis of the problem. Unfortunately, I do need a new furnace which was not a surprise and that will take a few days to get someone here to install it but so far the service has been great.

Thomas was very thorough in not only investigating, fixing, and testing a minor leak stemming from the air handler and hot water heater, but also in the various checks and steps he performed as part of the scheduled maintenance of the systems. He also clearly explained the benefits of the different annual coverage plans where savings could be had by the customer.
