Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

He makes certain that you understand the process and is just nice to talk to. He makes certain that everything is taken care of on site and then follows up with you afterward.
