I expected to hear that he would not have any available until the next day, which would have been ok. But, he was able to schedule someone to come out that evening. His service was quick and thorough. I will definitely use Jenkins plumbing again.

While the work completed was effective, their staff misrepresented their willingness to work with my insurance company, on several occasions, and worse has been unwilling to provide the most basic information on cost that I have been unable to file a claim - costing me over 1,000 in out of pocket costs. I recommend finding a different company to do business with. I will never use them again.
