Keston's is amazing. We had a pretty complex problem that required a new shower pan and tiling, plus repair to some pipes in the living room ceiling below and repair of a giant hole in the ceiling as a result of another plumber's inability to find the issue.
Ken was friendly and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He told me the job would take 2-3 days, and he and his subcontractors finished in a day and a half! They also left every area immaculate and were careful to cover the floors and furniture. What's more, they befriended my dog and were considerate of my son's nap by walking and talking quietly during that time. Their price was reasonable and even more so after the quality of their work and general pleasantness of the experience. We will absolutely hire them again.

I called around to find local plumbers that could come for a bad leak that required us to turn off the water main. Nobody had availability until the next week. I called Roto-Rooter and they said we'll be there within an hour.
Now I know, if I need something QUICKLY, I'll call Roto-Rooter.

Henry and his crew did a major electric renovation in our house, including recess lights, chandeliers and other fixtures. They took care of all the electric part of the renovation, as well as drywall repairs, patching and painting. Henry and his crew are amazing people, always in great disposition to do the job right. The quality of the job is amazing. We are very happy with the result.

My husband and I have only been in our new home for about a month, so naturally some issues are starting to appear that need to be addressed. A few weeks ago, for a separate issue, I called a chain plumber and the whole time they were at my house, they were trying to upsell me on various things and the prices they were quoting seemed inordinately expensive. When our garbage disposal started leaking from the bottom, I knew we needed to consult a different plumbing team. I looked through a community Facebook group and called two numbers before trying Tim Whistler Plumbing. The first number rang until it hit voicemail and the second number just rang indefinitely. A representative from Tim Whistler answered on the second ring and within 5 minutes had me scheduled for an appointment. She quoted me three different options, and told me that she really didn't think I needed the most expensive option – this immediately made me more trusting. The day of our appointment, the timing did have to get pushed back a little, but the team was really communicative and I took no issue with this. Mike Rogers was my assigned plumber and he was friendly, professional, and efficient. I feel that the rates were exceedingly fair and ultimately this was a more pleasant experience than I could have ever hoped for. For all future plumbing needs, we'll be calling Tim Whistler Plumbing first.
