We are first time home buyers and were recommended Keston’s by a friend. Our plumber, Ken went above and beyond with his level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained what to look for if other parts in the toilet were to break. He pointed out a few pipes to be concerned about and even helped me with a few other concerns I had around the house. So glad with our decision to choose them, they provided peace of mind and eased our anxieties of being new home owners! We will always be going with Keston’s in the future.

Got home at 7pm to find my 1st floor toilet was backed up and a huge mess. I was leaving the next morning for business travel and had to get it fixed. Roto-Rooter was there within 2 hours and had it fixed by 10pm. Great service, fast and reliable.

Let's face it. Nobody wants to call a plumber. But if you have to, call this guy. The service was great. He fit me in on the same day, even asking one of his technicians to stay late in doing so. The technician was very nice, professional, and cleaned up after himself. If I need plumbing work in the future I will call again! Maria was very nice on the phone. (I had a clogged drain cleared and a new garbage disposal installed)
