He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained what to look for if other parts in the toilet were to break. He pointed out a few pipes to be concerned about and even helped me with a few other concerns I had around the house. So glad with our decision to choose them, they provided peace of mind and eased our anxieties of being new home owners! We will always be going with Keston’s in the future.

We had an excellent Technician named Jacob. He was very knowledgeable and made sure our problems were completely solved before leaving. He was an example of excellent customer service.

The repair men were very nice, professional and did an excellent job. I had pipes and valves replaced. They cleaned up behind themselves as well!
