Best Preventive Maintenance in Washington DC
I contracted with Al's Twin Air to get a sewer line camera inspection and sewer pipe location service performed. From the office administration staff to the service personnel I was extremely satisfied with the company's professionalism, customer service and helpfulness. All of my interactions were positive and the staff graciously answered all of my questions and earned my business. The service personnel answered a number of specific technical questions I had so that I knew exactly what I could expect on the service date. In addition, on the service date the technicians gave me, in addition executing the service, a wealth of in-depth knowledge about residential plumbing, HVAC and water systems. In fact, much of the information they generously offered extended far beyond the specific nature of the service call. In all, the customer service experience was fantastic and the information the service personnel shared has made me a much more competent and well-informed homeowner. I was very satisfied with the service.

O don't recommend this company to anyone. I did use the services and they provide very poor quality. The team they send you are not professionals and they do not know what they are doing. They have ruined my place saying they're going to fix it but when it comes to fixing most of the part they say it's not our job. So if it was in your job why do you ruin my place. Then they do some magic tricks showing their contract that they are only drying company or something like that. I have lost thousands of dollars because of them. Just find anyone else.

Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. If that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!
