Kirk Durance and his team have been handling our 1950's plumbing for ten years, and they always do a quick, effective job. Communication is great and Kirk always spells out the costs and options clearly. Recommended!

My residence had an emergency drainage problem on a Saturday afternoon, so I called Roto-Rooters to have someone come and resolve the issue. The person who came was named Van. He had actually serviced my townhouse 6 years ago when the main cause of the problem was tree root blocking the drain line and clogging up the water. And today he diagnosed it to be the same issue, so he contacted WSSC directly to inform them of the main problem. He was very helpful in fixing the drain clog, explaining what was the primary cause and how to contact him through Roto-Rooters and/or contacting WSSC directly if it happened again. I am extremely pleased with Van's customer service and also to Roto-Rooters for assisting me on a Saturday afternoon for an emergency call. I appreciate it very much! Thank you!!!

We just used them for a second time. Why? Because the first time, they were great, on time, competitively priced and worth a try based on ratings we read. And we had them back because now we had first hand experience with a great local company. Why roll the dice on a nationally franchises company when you can call Tim Whistler? We had new sump pumps and backups put in. Never cheap, but priced very fairly and to save us money, when they realized they’d replaced one of our sump pumps about one year ago (we’d forgotten), they were completely upfront and told us we only needed one new pump because our other sump was new and high quality. Not that you ever want to need a plumber. But when you do, call them.
