Best Grease Trap Installation in Washington DC

I called DC Plumber based on a suggestion from my cousin and was he right! They showed up early which is unheard of with most companies and where able to fix the clogged pipe under the kitchen sink. They also gave me some pointers on what not to put down the garbage disposal to avoid similar issues in the future. Super friendly and personable.... and a great price to boot! I am so pleased with my choice to use Roto Rooter because their price was comparable to other plumbers; Mr. Chen was able to install a new water heater the same day, he was so professional and courteous, Patricia was here within 30 minutes with her infra-red camera accessing the damage, and assisting me with my insurance company for the damage claim. This morning. Mr. André and Ronald were on-time to do the remediation service. They set up the fans to dry the carpet for 3 days. Again they were both courteous and professional. This review is a little late but it is necessary to highlight the great service I was provided. Two weeks ago, I was home stuck with a garbage disposal that was not working. Called my usual service only to find out they were out of business permanently.

Found Drain Fighter on Yelp. I placed the call for an appt and James was at my home within 45 minutes (early Monday morning) of contact. He repaired the disposal and was out my front door in 15 minutes (seriously). He was courtesy, professional, knew how to solve the problem quickly, answered my questions, and gave me my morning back to continue working uninterrupted. This is how service providers are suppose to operate.

From now on Drain Fighter is my go-to service provider for my plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with our visit from Johnny today. He came fully prepared with covid protective gear, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us a way to get around it until we could order the correct part. Highly recommend this company which we have also used in the past.
