Elie and his team correctly diagnosed the situation using a hi-tech camera (which produced a video of the interior of the pipes so I could see exactly what the problem was) and set to work replacing and correctly reinstalling a large part of the plumbing tree in my ceiling. What a relief! Elie and company know what they are doing and accomplish the work for a fair price.
