The entire experience from calling to report our clogged toilet to when we were notified a technician would arrive to the time the technician was here was wonderful! Their customer service is top notch and they are very responsive. They were able to come within two hours of requesting their services. Our technician, Khai, was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He even suggested a tool we should invest in as homeowners to save on future repairs. I really appreciated the extra mile he went for us. Also, I loved to see that the company is currently collecting food for food banks for the holidays and giving customers incentives to donate.
