Refaat and I had several plumbing problems. There was hot water in the condo but not in the shower and the sink in the bathroom constantly dripped. We called another plumbing company and they told us we had to replace the water heater to fix the problem at a cost of $1,900. We called Roto-Rooter and they told us that we did not need to replace the water heater, it was fine. They fixed both problems for a fraction of the cost. Transparency in upfront cost was lacking. I took a loss for having someone come buy and work was not done. To snake a toilet should not cost 500. 00 dollars . And was still charged to have plumber come to house.
