Have used Aspen Hill twice. Both times service was excellent. Our Capitol Hill house is over 100 years old and dealing with the plumbing means working in a very tiny crawl space. Richard and his assistant Alex both found and repaired a leak and then even cleaned up the living room. This is the second time we used Tim Whistler Plumbing. First time was to check the natural gas line for our outdoor kitchen. They were magnificent then and we were very pleased this time again. Our water heater started leaking suddenly on a Friday morning, which was the original installed 20 years ago or so. We called Tim Whistler, who had us on record through our phone number. They acted quickly, and sent a technician within 3 hours. Mike, the technician, was great. He knew what he was doing, and worked diligently to replace the water heater before the evening. The whole team was really concerned and took the urgency of helping us to replace the water heater within the day. We were spared without hot water over the weekend. Thank you Tim Whistler and team.
