These guys are very professional, responsive, and have always done a good job for me. I don't even think about calling anyone else when I need some work done.

*Update---I was immediately called by the Roto-Rooter GM and he adjusted the price more reasonably. I will say their customer service added to the professionalism. I would recommend them for their quality and professionalism, but make sure you do some homework on pricing.*Original Review---The service was fast and professional, but $700 to fix 3 small leaks in a gas line. That's for 1 hr of labor, no parts...that is unjustifiable. Do just a bit of research and go with another company.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that Lions Plumbing and Heating provided. I had a bad pipe leak within my walls that Lions Plumbing and Heating was able to diagnose and repair by replacing the pipes. The service request was done swiftly but with great care. The technician also took time before, during, and after to explain what was going on and how he remedied the situation. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable as well. I will be using Lions Plumbing and Heating for all future plumbing and heating needs for my home.

In years of using plumbers both personally and professionally I've never encountered pricing policies as opaque as WL Gary's. They charged over $250 for the plumber to buy basic toilet repair parts. They charged for the plumber's time to generate an invoice even though it's automated. They charge for a full day's rental of a plumbing repair device that's stocked on the truck and was used for less than an hour. The basic quality of the real plumbing work appears to have been good, and the plumber was pleasant to deal with, but he did have to return to fix a problem with that expensive toilet repair. All in, I can't recall having felt so gouged by a company's pricing and will never darken their doorstep again.
