While I was not happy with the dispatcher responsible for assigning a technician to our job, I was pleased with the technician who completed the work. I was given a 4 hour window of time to expect a technician to do the work but the window passed and they were unable to get to us that day. I was then given a 4 hour window for the next day. No one came during that time but I did receive 2 phone calls saying they were waiting on a technician to become available. 2 hours after the promised time a technician finally arrived. Ben was courteous, professional, and efficient and took the time to explain my options. He left his business card and gave me the option to call him directly on a company phone for work I am considering doing in the future. My rating is based exclusively on the technician and the job he did!

I was extremely pleased with the service we received. Both sides of the sink were stopped up and pipes behind the washer overflowed sending water all down the hall towards the front door and around the corner into the den. First, we were called to get our agreement for them to come earlier than our appointed time. When Shawn and George arrived, they were courteous, professional, wearing clean uniforms, and equipped with knowledge and experience to resolve our issues. They took the time to explain what caused the problem and what to do to prevent this from occurring again. Don and I were appreciative and greatly relieved.
