Had one of their technicians come out and de-colgg my kitchen sink after I had spent 3 hours trying to do it myself. The lady I had talked to on the phone was helpful and the gentleman who came out to our house, Robert, was great! He was polite and very helpful with our problem and even gave us tips on how to avoid the same problem n the future. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing!
