I called Roto-Rooter with a unusual request for a Sunday service and they happily were able to schedule. Not only did were they able to schedule the service, but the entire phone conversation was pleasant and informative. Ken was a pleasure to speak with and I will definitely be recommending them in the future. I will update my review after I have the service completed, but just from the initial scheduling I was very impressed!

Terrance Collins is a DAMN GOOD PLUMBER! Came through in a timely manner, at first glance, spotted the piss-poor pipe that a previous plumber had rigged, and was able to assess the damage and repair within 20mins. Now my family of 7 can finally have running water in our home again and get things back to normal. He was very knowledgeable, came fully prepared to do the job and put smiles back on our faces! Highly recommended!
