When the technician, Austin, arrived he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. If I have another problem that they can fix, they will be the first one I call.

We had a leaky bathtub faucet. My husband removed the faucet and it was still leaking. A neighbor recommended Roto-Rooter. I called about 12:30 pm and spoke with a lovely young lady. She advised me someone could be out between 3:00 and 7:00 THAT VERY SAME DAY! When Mike arrived he was friendly, very likable, and professional. He looked at it, explained what the problem was, and fixed it. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you Roto/Rooter!! Also, before Mike left, my husband mentioned a leak under our kitchen sink. He looked at it, and explained what he thought the problem was. Right there on the spot he made us an appointment for him personally to come back the following morning (which was Easter Sunday). We were delighted! He came the next morning and it was fixed in no time at all. THERE ARE NO EXTRA FEES FOR WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!! However, I think they are a little pricey.
