I had a clog in my main drain that I could not get out, and made an appointment with roto-rooter that night and they came the next morning. Shawn was very helpful with describing what the problem was and explaining what they were going to do. After they were done I was also given options on what we can do to prevent this from happening again.

Our water heater was leaking which we found out at night on 11/02 - not a fun thing to come home to. On 11/03, Drew from A1 Sewer and Drain came to our house at around 11 am very quick and professional service. He inspected our water heater and determined that it was broken - it was 11 years old. He was able to find and install a new water heater same day - which was so amazing! Highly recommend using them for services as their customer service and response time is outstanding!
