Shawn P. was my tech. He found my clean out and cleared what 3 past plumbers could not. I have 5 rental properties and have always used my handyman plumber, I only wish I tried RR earlier. Roto Rooter has the heavy duty tools that my smaller outfits don't have. The pipe camera and locating sensors we're key with this last clog. I will be using Shawn and RR again.

I originally scheduled a leak detection test to find the source of a floor leak on a slab, but the plumber (Jeremy Balmer) looked at the water meter and knew the test wasn't going to work.He proceeded to explore where the water was coming from and deduced that the source was probably the wet wall next to the bathroom. He opened up the dry wall and sure enough it was a pin hole leak that was draining on to the floor. He fixed it and gave me advice and references for water damage to the floor if I wanted to explore that option.All in all, very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again as the price for repair was very fair. Again, thank you to Jeremy Balmer for the quick fix to what I thought would be a much costlier repair.

Joe, the technician, (Number 2181), was very, very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and patient. I've had a lot of plumbers, but he was the very best, that I've had. Roto Rooter is blessed to have such a great employee. The next time I have a plumber issue, I will request Joe!!!
