Best plumbing company I have ever come across. Honest, fair prices, reliable and are quick to respond. They drive all the way from the peninsula (I live in VA Beach) and fixed my malfunctioning shower quickly at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by others. I am happy to be able to shower again and will definetly call them again in the future.

When our hot water heater died I called A 1.and was told they could be out to replace it in the morning i was so relieved. Leslie was the technician that did the job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The old unit was taken away and the new one set up, filled and started. Very nice quality unit with a great warranty. I highly recommend A 1.

We were very impressed with the quick service. They called us right away. It was late at night and we thought we would have to wait till the next day. They were at our house within 2 hours as promised. We received a senior discount and that helped us a lot. The young man also gave us some helpful info to prevent future problems. We will call again if needed.

Roto-Rooter was the only company willing to come out late at night when we had an upstairs bathroom leaking downstairs! Other 24/7 companies either couldn't come out or charge $150+ just to come out because it was after hours. They also handled the restoration and taking care of everything with our insurance company.
