Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Once I called A-1 American, I received a prompt call back, had a technician at my house the next morning who explained everything very clearly. He ordered a new system, and was flexible in the scheduling of the installation. Jake was professional and cleaned up once the work was completed. I am pleased with the service and Goodman unit.
