John Newman and his professionals did an outstanding job of installing my whole house generator and updated electrical panel. His electrician, Jimmy, kept me informed on every step. John made sure everything was completed as I was expecting. After the generator was installed, they did several other things I needed to be done around the house. The cold water boiler valve on my washing machine was leaking ALOT, the washing machine was also leaking. I found Jim through the BBB's website. Left a message, he contacted me right away and and explained before he arrived my two options as he already understood and evaluated the issue. Jim was very knowledgeable and was prepared for either option I chose. I would definitely hire him again if I needed another plumber!
