Shawn P. was my tech. He found my clean out and cleared what 3 past plumbers could not. I have 5 rental properties and have always used my handyman plumber, I only wish I tried RR earlier. Roto Rooter has the heavy duty tools that my smaller outfits don't have. The pipe camera and locating sensors we're key with this last clog. I will be using Shawn and RR again.

Ernie, the plumber, came within the 2-hour window, as promised. He assessed the problem and went ahead to address it. The problem was a pump used for sewage; it was obstructed and, obviously, caused me all kinds of problems: no sinks, no toilets, no showers. After clearing the obstruction, Ernie tested the pump to ensure it worked well again. The entire event took less than one hour and the cost was reasonable and well within what I expected it might be.
