I hired Mike for a lot of Drywall repairs. He did a great job patching up holes large and small. After priming and painting you can't even tell there was any damage, just professional work all around. The job proved to be a larger than either of us expected and when the project went beyond the estimated completion time he offered to pay for Dog Daycare for those extra days which I felt was generous of him. Instead I asked him to replace a Garbage Disposal that I've been meaning to replace but hadn't yet. He was happy to do it and shows he goes beyond the contract to do a good job.

He always answered the phone. He kept me updated on the job through text messages while I was at work. He checked up a few days after the work was complete to see if I was satisfied with his work after I had painted.

I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of. Mr. Bertolino was so helpful to our family. We needed someone to fix several mistakes made by another contractor and Mr. Bertolino was here the same day I called him, and he went above and beyond what was asked of him, and was very kind and professional.
