This company was the savior when our condominium complex of 42 units suffered an unexpected gas leak in our Associations hot water heater. With no hot water due to an emergency gas shut off, the first plumber called to the job could not make the repair due to the size of the pipe. Sean was called at 4:30 pm from another property manager's recommendation. He showed up within 30 minutes to look at the problem. Recognizing the importance of this repair for so many families, he went outside of normal operating procedures you see with 9 - 5 contractors, and acquired the necessary equipment for the size of the pipes, and spent the evening hours making the repair. THEN....in the morning, he went down to the permit office first thing to personally make sure a permit was not only pulled, but an inspection could be lined up for that day. He then came back to the site to wait for the inspector, to make sure he would not be missed, and the repair was approved so the gas could be turned on. In less than 24 hours the repair was done, a permit was pulled, an inspection was completed, and the gas was turned back on so 42 residents could resume hot water use and showers! This effort and expertise is hard to find in a contractor and is such a value. He has earned our loyalty and support through his honest and straight forward efforts that were clearly intended to help the folks affected from this emergency ordeal. We thank you very much! This company deserves more than 5 stars, This is the same-day schedule that I made with them and I only waited 3 hours before Raymond came. Raymond walk us through on what will be the process, and it only took him less than an hour to fix our drainage issue. Highly recommended!

He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. Master Plumber Patrick Goad and his assistant, Junior, came to troubleshoot my Navien tankless hotwater heater that was installed 13 months ago. The problem was that the shower water would get hot, but then turn to barely luke warm. Patrick explained each piece of troubleshooting to me and finally determined that the cause was a partially clogged shower head that had reduced the water flow just to the point where the water heater would turn itself off. So, while a simple repair, it took a lot technical ability to locate the root cause. I would 100% recommend Patrick Goad and Junior to anyone for any plumbing repair. I could not be happier.

we called A1 this morning to see about a toilet replacement. they couldn't guarantee they could get someone out to us today but would try. when I explained we needed them right away Jeremy and Lewis called and made arrangements and got to us first thing. they were here for an hour and did a great job including the clean up. very respectable courteous and professional..i would recommend them to a lot of people.
