Best Leach Field in Virginia Beach VA

Friday night our toilet back-up into bathtub and I was unable to clear it, so I put a call in to the always reliable Roto-Rooter Plumbing in Norfolk, VA. Over the years I have used them several times and they are always quick to show up and deal with the problem no matter what time of the day or night. After placing the first call for service, we received follow-up calls with updates as to when the truck would arrive. The plumber, Robert, arrived on-time and was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to snake out the problem from the clean out pipe and was finished with the job in just under an hour. The cost was a tad pricey, $295, but I had a $40 coupon from Angie's List, which knocked it down to $255. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, Roto-Rooter will be my first choice.

Corey and Leonard were very prompt and courteous. They listened to my concerns and answered all questions in detail. They both receive 5 stars and I will use this company and recommend to others.

The Service Technician (Emanuel) did an outstanding job!!! His customer service and professionalism was top notch! He was patient and answered all my questions while explaining the repair and safety concerns associated with not having the repair completed properly. Manny is one of the best service personnel to do any work in my home (21 years). I believe he is the best technician at Roto-Rooter! Great job Emanuel #3050!!!!
