I had a huge scare yesterday with water leaking from my second floor bathroom to the ceiling in my downstairs living room. Needless to say I was freaking out. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come out the very next day. Mr. Terrence (tech #8149) came out to provide services and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and up front about his plan and the potential range in cost of the various repairs. He walked me through what he was doing, what I was looking at, and even spoke with my husband about concerns over the phone. Thankfully my issue was minor and in no time my repair was done. I had confidence that no further damage was being done. I will defined be recommending Roto-Rooter and requesting Mr. Terrence for my friends and family.

I cannot overstate the outstanding trade craft and expertise displayed by these professionals. Janice was here in no time and set me up with my insurance to handle what was looking to be a crisis. Service technician Gary B. expertly diagnosed my problem (several actually) and had me back up in no time while explaining each step of mitigation. His dedication was noteworthy and it’s wonderful to find a technician that can be relied upon for honesty and expertise. Water damage mitigation is still underway but as of this moment I couldn’t recommend more highly the service techs at Roto Rooter!

We had a leaky bathtub faucet. My husband removed the faucet and it was still leaking. A neighbor recommended Roto-Rooter. I called about 12:30 pm and spoke with a lovely young lady. She advised me someone could be out between 3:00 and 7:00 THAT VERY SAME DAY! When Mike arrived he was friendly, very likable, and professional. He looked at it, explained what the problem was, and fixed it. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you Roto/Rooter!! Also, before Mike left, my husband mentioned a leak under our kitchen sink. He looked at it, and explained what he thought the problem was. Right there on the spot he made us an appointment for him personally to come back the following morning (which was Easter Sunday). We were delighted! He came the next morning and it was fixed in no time at all. THERE ARE NO EXTRA FEES FOR WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!! However, I think they are a little pricey.
