Roto-rooter showed up at 8:00, and fixed my clogged kitchen sink in around a half hour. My tech was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and explained a lot of things to me. This was after 2 companies couldn’t help me because there wasn’t a clean-out in my plumbing. They said it would need to be done from the roof.

I have had an experience with Roto Rooters multiples times in the past and I wasn't sure, being that I wasn't the property owner if I could leave a review. But, this company is awesome, inspite of one person that works with this company name Ernie. His rude, unprofessionalism @$$. I told them not to send him back to my apartment. Hunter, was ok. Jay, with water restoration was a flirt, Sean that worked with Jay was cool. Krista with water restoration was very professional and sweet, and another guy with water restoration that I can't remember his name. Older gentleman was nice. David that came out to fix a leak in my master bath ceiling was awesome. But the all time BEST of them all, if you want professionalism, honesty, work at its best, a way with words that you can understand, character, sweet, kind hearted, and still have money in your pocket when the work is done. Gary Banks. He is Amazing. Want work done right? Call him. He's not going to leave until it's done right. He's not the one to put a zip tie around it and walk away because he's tired of being at a place for over 2 or 3 hours. He will stay all day just to get it done right. I love this man.
