Working with the Va. Beach team of American Mechanical has been smooth and professional from the beginning. From the initial consult with Scott Hudson, follow-up and questions with James Olds, scheduling with Hannah Hodge, and then the install Team lead by Jacob Arnold. Jacob and team were sharp, hard-working, and efficient. The icing on the cake were their personalities. It's a rarity to find teammates with capabilities AND great personalities. I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.
