Dave (#5131) came out and examined our bathroom shower which was flowing regardless of being activated or not. He was incredibly friendly and thorough with his repair. He spent the time to evaluate the cause & fix the problem. He didn't jerry-rig or do a band-aid repair. He completely fixed the plumbing the way it should have been built in the first place. One of the concerns I have with plumbing is technicians doing quick fixes only for the problem to come back again. Every time I've used Roto-Rooter, they actually fix the source. I'm impressed & will continue to patron a trusted company!
