Perry, the Technician was very prompt and cleared up a problem that has existed since Friday when the new water heater was installed by another company. We are very happy that we now have water in our kitchen.

We had just moved in to our new home, (still unpacking boxes) and found the upstairs bathroom sink was leaking and backing up not draining. Ontop of that the tub wasn't draining and toilet wasn't able to flush. Austin was able to come out same day within the hour. He very professionally explained his steps to problem solve to determine if each drain were clogged or if branch line was the problem. (Ended up being the whole branch line, years worth of gross just packed soild in the drain blocking the flow 😳🤢😝). Austin cleared the line repaired a crack piece and had the bathroom up and running (& more importantly draining 😉😊) all under 2hrs. Prices for the work was very reasonable. Also gave information on how to best maintain that we won't run into the same problem again during our time living in the house, giving us HUGE piece of mind.
