I contacted Cecilia's Home Repair the day before July 4th, the Team member promptly answered the call and offered to schedule the holiday, I refused because I wanted the Team to enjoy family time. I scheduled for the day after and it was a pleasant service call, Mike was on time, introduction was very courteous and respectful. He did not hesitate to start the work and took time to talk me through what he was doing to complete the job. I'm a senior and the Customer Service and affordability is appreciated!
