Within 24 hours of requesting service to hang shades and rods Z Line was at my door. As Edward was hanging the shades, he noticed there was flooding on the lower level of the house from the heavy rain that day. He called another handyman from Z Line to come over and assess the situation, check the crawl, and make recommendations as to what could be done to prevent this from happening in the future. Edward continued hanging the shades even with the flooding, and offered to help me clean up the water even though that was not the job he came by to do. They truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be using Z Line in the future and recommending them to everyone I know in the Norfolk area who may be in need of their services.

I have used this firm for years. The owner and his staff have always come to me quickly when necessary and the fix the issue--- large or small for what I feel is a reasonable price. They are folks you are very comfortable in having in your home and totally trustworthy!

Great service, better humor!

I called this company out to fix a clog somewhere in my system the water from the upstairs toilet and shower was flowing into the downstairs toilet and shower causing an overflow. They ran the equipment through the pipe and said that the problem was fixed. They asked me to flush the toilet in my bedroom to see if it was running smoothly. The toilet did not run over.

Now, the way that this problem was discovered is my 30 y.o son came to visit, 2 months later, and used the upstairs shower and the sa.e problem occurs. I don't go upstairs because of back issues, so I would not have discovered there was still an issue. Mind you, no one ever came into the house to check out the issue to make sure it was repaired, even when I asked someone to check it. I called today and the receptionist/scheduler tells me the repair is out of warranty and I will have to pay another $150.
What bothers me the most is that this company advertises tas believers, but does not stand by their work. Would Jesus want us to treat our fellow man this way? I don't think so. Jesus would ask that we do all work as unto God and to right our wrongs. Hence, if the problem still exists, it was never fixed!
