OMG! I’ve been in an urgent need of a new water for over a year! I knew I wanted to work with Mr. Jim after conversing with him about the issues I was having and he took the time to diagnose my issue and needed resolution. I finally made the decision to purchase a new water heater and Mr. Jim and his son came out THE SAME NIGHT😊 I’m so grateful for him and his assertiveness to get the job done! He and his son installed my water heater and also took care of another minor issue I had. As a new resident to VA Beach, it has not been easy finding honest business, but this man is great at what he does and also explaining the ends and outs of his service. Also he is very personable and a Disney fan! A+ and his beard game is strong!! So fellas you will be intimidated lol. I will work with him again should I have any other issues!

Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.
