Our water softener system stopped working with no explanation. Local Plumber showed up reset timer, turned on valves, and ensure the system was up and running. They were punctual and professional. Highly recommend.

I had Roto Rooter clean our sewer lateral and they found excessive tree roots in the line and recommended that I have a camera inspection done. Roto Rooter completed the inspection and recommended that I replace the sewer lateral at a cost in excess of $37K. I asked if I could obtain a copy of the camera inspection and they wanted to charge an additional $750 for the copy which I declined.
I called Pipe Spy to conduct a camera inspection at a cost of $200 and I'd receive a digital copy of the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, they recommended that I routinely have the line rooted out but replacement would not be required if the maintenance was completed on a regular annual basis.
