Jim personally answered the phone, took some information, promptly got back to me, gave me instructions on what to send him, and charged a very reasonable fee. He explained my plumbing situation before, during, and after his service. Within just a few days my situation was all taken care of. Jim and his crew are the real deal!

RPG came to our rescue when we had a pipe burst in January 2018. The quickly assessed the situation and went to work to fix the issue. They were VERY helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They also did the repairs on our apartment. They were quick, on point, and their work was fantastic. Their communication skills are absolutely wonderful!! I would highly recommend them for services you may need. We will use their services again, if needed.

Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!
