Replaced an outside faucet and garbage disposal. I’ve been using this company for years and they’ve always been fair on pricing, fast at their job (which matters if your being charged hourly), and they were neat and clean! I’m a Happy customer and I will use them again!

Wooten Plumbing is an easy company to work with. They do excellent work, are courteous and fairly priced. I am impressed that I speak with a live person to call and schedule appointments. They also called me to advise my technician was 30-45 minutes away so I was not tied to my home all day “waiting”. Roberto assisted us today and was very courteous. He is extremely knowledgeable about his work and was patient with our questions. The job was finished correctly and in a timely manner (outdoor faucet leak). I love that the owner provides me with his personal email, should I have any questions. It is rare to feel truly comfortable with contractors, and for these reasons I will not hesitate to use them again.

Kimber homes remodeled our bathrooms and opened up our dining room. They had to fix a previous DIY’s add on that was done incorrectly. We loved the result! Will have them do future remodel work for us again.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
