We have been very pleased with everyone at Ready Services. They are always very prompt, precise and professional. We will continue to use their services.

Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

My husband and I needed something done about some open duct work under our bedroom's storage cabinets which were being heated unnecessarily. Jeff came on March 15 and made several suggestions of what could be done to take care of our problem. Rodney came on March 19 and quickly completed the repair for us. We have had other Harp employees here to help us (wiring for garage doors, changing the electrical panel) over the past few years and have been extremely happy with everyone and their repairs.
