Best Prevent Frozen Pipes in Tulsa OK

I'm shocked at all the comments on here about pricing. They charged us an outrageous amount for a sink install, meaning the equivalent of about $300 an hour, which is outrageous. We definitely won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend.

Great Service. Had an issue with laundry and kitchen sinks draining. I called about noon to see if they had a tech available. The lady told me they could get me taken care of the same day. If I hadnt left my phone at QT and missed their call, there would have been a tech at my house with in 3 hours. However, it was about an hour later (30 minuites of which was me trying to locate my phone) David arrived and fixed not only the drain for the laundry and kitchen but also retrieved a lid my 1 year old decided to put down the tub drain. Very courteous, respectful, professional, and friendly. We appreciate the quick response time, both times, the honesty and professional service. If and when I need a plumber I know who makes troubles go down the drain and I wont hesitate to call them first. Thank youDavid and Roto Rooter

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
